Loading… 600 g de cartofi, 100 g de ceapa, 100 g de morcovi, 2-3 radacini de patrunjel, 50 g de unt sau ulei, 1/2 l de bors (de tarate sau din plic), verdeata, sare, piper. Se curata morcovii, patrunjelul si ceapa, apoi se spala. Se taie ceapa marunt si se pune la inabusit intr-un vas cu untul infierbantat…
